Excellent slide shows Ethan! I just wish I could have experienced the presentations of them… But, I heard you and Alexis met up and she scored some BooyaCacoa — how cool! Thanks for all of the inspirations and the handouts as well.
G’day Ethan, Great work on the Young Farmer’s presentation, plus all of the rest of it….
Onwards!
Daz
Definitely – feel free to download these and spread’em around. Also, I know that the Conference audio-recorded EVERYTHING – I assume they’ll make these available so folks can hear the presentations as well.

Hello,
I am a very eager and interested aspiring farmer. I am leaving my current job in two weeks to begin working towards my new goals. My short term plan is to seek an apprenticeship for this coming season. I only heard out about the conference after the fact, from civileats.com, and was curious if there is a resource available which lists when conferences such as this one take place. I would love to catch one.
thank you so much,
Jared
Jared – I recommend checking out http://www.green-phoenix.org, http://www.flpci.org, and http://www.homebiome.com for New York State permaculture apprenticeship opportunities.
For upcoming farming conferences, check out http://www.nofany.org and http://www.nofmass.org.
See you this winter!!!
Rock on, Ethan!
Thanks Dave! Keep me posted on your upcoming permaculture & edible forest gardening events
Thank you for providing this information in an easily accessible way! I got here by way of super small scale permaculture inquiries ( my back yard!) and ended up here – a much bigger scale issue(s)

Awesome job mate! Very inspiring workshop at NOFA. I am convinced that Permaculture is going to save the world, and after your presentation I am more clear of how to properly invest. Keep on keeping it real.
What a great post on Permaculture New! Seriously, some of your best work. I can’t argue with one word of it, and I just subscribed to your feed. In the future, how about a post on ANCHOR_TEXT%? Cheers!
Thanks for this great post on Permaculture New, I was searching for something along the lines of this and in the top 20 results at google, yours was the most informed and well presented. I was wondering, do you think Permaculture Farming would make a great topic for a future post here? Or did you do that already?
Hello fellow blogger! I’m new to blogs but I just wanted to say that I like your blog here on Permaculture New. It kept me reading all the way to the end… And then I went and searched for some more posts after that. :) Keep up the good work, I’m always looking to learn more about Permaculture Farming, in particular.
